Covid-19 Safe Operating Procedures all our Customers (as of 19th July 2021)
As of Tuesday 30th November passengers are required to wear a face mask whilst travelling on our coaches unless an exemption certificate is carried. As always your safety is our main priority and we follow the latest guidelines published at all times. Thank you for your continued support.
Our Hygine practice will remain in place
We have enhanced our cleaning procedure on all our coaches, which includes cleaning of all seats, floors and cleaning of all glass. We also mop with disinfectant of all floor surfaces. Disinfectant of dash areas, driver area. This also includes cleaning all handrails, seat belts, armrest and high touch point areas. We have also implemented anti-viral fogging on a weekly basis.
Regarding Face masks you are not now required by us to wear a face covering during the coach journeys. We kindly ask that you make your own informed decision when it comes to wearing your mask on board our coaches. Our drivers and couriers may wear a mask; this is because like yourselves, they are making their own decision when it comes to wearing masks on board our coaches. They will have anti-bacterial gel available when you board our vehicles and throughout our Vehicles for you to use. We will continue to ensure good air quality on our coaches. Our coach air-conditioning systems have been recently serviced to ensure the provision of clean air.
